Unlike many companies, you can pick the date your products will arrive because we ship 5 days per week! We only need two days' notice for hand-making your pies and two days for shipping. We will ship your items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays for arrival on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for our $19.99 standard 2nd Day shipping. We can also do special shipping arrangements. For example, we can overnight orders for a shipping cost of $36.99. Shipping multiple packages for overnight or Saturday delivery, the additional charge for those services will be added to each package shipped. Some areas do have Saturday deliveries for no additional charge. If additional charges apply, they will be added to each package.
We use special protective packaging when shipping your fresh handmade pies to keep your pie at peak freshness when it arrives. Our fruit pies are cradled in quilted air pillows to assure the pie is secured in each box. All of our cream pies, pumpkin pies, pecan pies, and pot pies are freshly baked, frozen, and shipped on ice packs to ensure safe travels.
All orders are baked and shipped out of Traverse City, Michigan and we ship to locations anywhere in the United States. Once your pies or baked goods have arrived, they can be served for another three days. All fruit pies are best stored on the counter at room temperature. All cream pies, pumpkin pies, pecan pies, pot pies, and cheesecakes should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival. For more details about caring for your pies, view our Pie Care Instructions.
