This cake is loaded with carrots, coconut, pecans, and pineapple. Then topped with a thick buttermilk glaze and a thick layer of cream cheese frosting.
This carrot cake is excellent. Our local GTPC closed, which was such a disappointment. I have since ordered it twice online, without any problems. Definitely worth spending the extra expense for holidays!
