Our Gluten-Free Mini Pies are available in Apple Crumb or Cherry Crumb - our two most popular pie flavors. The pies are started with a handmade shortbread pie crust, and filled with a tart cherry or apple cinnamon filling, and finished with a sliced almond and crumb topping. "Gluten-Free" at Grand Traverse Pie Company follows the FDA regulation of fewer than 20 parts per million.
Sent these to my Mom in Pennsylvania for her birthday. She has raved about them ever since. She was surprised that she received gluten-free pies. Her diet now requires her to stay gluten free. So she is very happy! Wish GTPCo had a wider selection of these gluten free pies. Perhaps in a pot pie as well?
