Our Gluten-Free Mini Pies are available in Apple Crumb or Cherry Crumb - our two most popular pie flavors. The pies are started with a handmade shortbread pie crust, and filled with a tart cherry or apple cinnamon filling, and finished with a sliced almond and crumb topping. "Gluten-Free" at Grand Traverse Pie Company follows the FDA regulation of fewer than 20 parts per million.
